Do you provide any decorations?

No, we do not provide any decorations.

What is the cancellation policy?

We charge an $80.00 service fee.

Cancellation 6 months prior to event full refund minus $80.00.

Is the venue wheel chair friendly?

Yes, our venue is wheel chair friendly.

Do you have any sound system equipment on grounds for use?

Yes, large hall indoor use only.

Do we have to bring our own alcohol?

Yes, you must supply your own alcohol for your event.

Do we have to set everything up or will you?

Our renters can set up the hall to their liking.

Who cleans up after the event?

We provide clean up for our large hall only. Our clean up includes the common areas. Renters are responsible to clean up in the kitchen and bar area.

How far in advance would you need to book?

We rent the venues on a first come basis. It is not uncommon for dates to be booked two and three years in advance.

How far advance can you get in the venue to start decorating?

The large hall is available to the renters from 10 AM to 1 Am the day of the event. We have an option of set up the day prior to the event at an additional fee.

What does the venue supply?

The large hall includes use of the hall, tables and chairs, portable stage units, kitchen and bar area and we do the clean up. We also have other options available for an additional fee.

The small hall includes tables and chairs, stove, refrigerator and a large screen TV.
